2. Use of the Services

Arogo lets you store and organise your personal health records. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes, to upload only records you have the right to store, and not to attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the platform.

3. Not Medical Advice

Arogo is a record-keeping and organisation tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of the records you upload. Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. You may delete your records or your account at any time.

5. Service Availability

We work hard to keep the Services available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible. We recommend keeping original copies of critical medical documents.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arogo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Services.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
