Delete Your Account

You can request permanent deletion of your Arogo Health account and the data associated with it at any time. Follow the steps below.

1. How to Request Deletion

Send an email to support@arogohealth.com from the email address registered on your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.

2. What Gets Deleted

Once verified, we permanently delete your account profile (name, email address, login credentials) and all health data associated with it — uploaded reports, prescriptions, bills, and wellness logs (including any family-member entries you added) — within 30 days of your request.

3. What May Be Retained

We do not retain your health records or profile information beyond the deletion window above. Limited data may be retained only where required to comply with applicable legal, tax, or accounting obligations, and is not used for any other purpose.
